Scarecrow Competition

 After the success of the previous year’s competition we have of course included the Scarecrow Competition in the Show again. 

The Scarecrow can be anything that you want so get your thinking caps on and design this year’s winner!!

The judging will take place on the evening before the Show – Saturday 31st August, so please ensure your Scarecrow is in place by 4pm on the Saturday evening.

Please let us have your entry form as soon as possible as this year we would like to again let people know where the “crows” are - a “scarecrow guide” if you like.

Previous years have been great, lots of people walking around the village to try and find all the exhibits.

To let everyone see them would you please leave your “crows” on display until Sunday 8th September, 

so that everyone has the maximum time to get around them all.

The Scarecrow competition should again add to the fun of the event, it is open to all and so why not make it a “family thing”. Spread the word – the more crows the better.
